Shampoo, conditioner and hair is included with all services. Discounts will NOT be given for hair already shampooed or if using your own hair. There is $25 NON- REFUNDABLE deposit required to book. Any cancellations MUST be done 24hrs prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fee. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment you may have to reschedule, if I can still take you there will be a $25 late fee added to your balance! FOR SPECIAL COLORS PLEASE MENTION IN THE NOTES WHEN MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT!

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY
We require a 24-hour notice in the event you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If a 24-hour notice is NOT given, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a deposit when rescheduling.

If you do a NO CALL/NO SHOW your deposit with be forfeited and you are subject to being discontinued as a client, AND CHARGED FULL PRICE!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
